CANCELLATION POLICY
I reserve long, focused blocks for each color session. If you need to move or cancel, please give 72 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another guest. • More than 72 hours: We’ll simply reschedule—no fee. • 72–24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service is due. • Appointments canceled under 24 hours or no-show may be charged up to 100%. If I fill your spot from the waitlist, I’ll waive the fee. • Invoices are sent digitally; future bookings pause until any balance is cleared. • Feeling unwell? Please message me—we’ll rebook with care while honoring this policy. This policy protects the luxury, not-rushed experience my clients expect and the mutual respect we share for each other’s time.
